After 15+ years of coding, I am looking for a shift of my role in software engineering.
What am I looking for?
I want to contribute to your company and
- act as a team player: I enjoy working with my colleagues, challenge each other and have fun, with a healthy share of on-site and remote presence.
- build up team spirit, and work on a common vision of the product.
- coordinate, plan and decide on features, technologies and roadmaps, contribute to the codebase and create helpful resources for others.
I wrote a thousand classes, worked on a thousand Jira-tickets and fixed a thousand bugs.
I want to be more than a coder: I want to be a Developer.
I am looking for a project where I can
- feel excited about your product, technology and the people behind it.
- contribute and take responsibility for my contribution to the codebase and eventually beyond that.
- foster connection between the teams of software engineering, design and management.

In meiner nächsten Rolle möchte ich
